National Novel Writing Month less than 1 day away
Well, here I am less than 24 hours from the start of the NaNoWriMo challenge and I still haven’t made up my mind. I’m about 70% want to do it, but I am not totally sure. I do have what I think is a pretty compelling novel-length idea. I made a detailed 1700+ word post to others in the NaNoWriMo community: Would you make the time to do this, if you were me?
If I do indeed decide to do this, then I will:
- make a category called NaNoWriMo 2004 and categorize my updates on word count and progress throughout the month
- write this novel entirely on the Mac using either TextEdit, AppleWorks 6 or Open Office for Mac OS X (X11) Sidenote: this would make the third OS I’ve written a novel on. My first few novels were written on a Commodore 64 and my later novels on a Windows OS PC
As I write more and more about this, I am steeling myself that I have to do this. That I need to do this.
Less than 24 hours to make a decision …
