I just wanted to update this and hype skype some more. If you haven't seen this peer-to-peer voiceIP client then check it out while it is still in free beta status. I have no idea what they are going to charge for it when it comes out of beta, but the quality is great. I've been talking about it quite a bit at my regularly updated blog (see link to right for make you go hmm)
